Mike brings a wealth of experience to Ethical Investors, having worked in the financial services industry for over 40 years. He was instrumental in the inception of Ethical Investors over 35 years ago, and has been a dedicated member of the team for the past 29 and a half years.

“Inequality is at the heart of everything that matters” is his worldview, and as a result he is driven by a sense of duty to use his position as a business leader to create change where he can.

Phil has been with Ethical Investors for over 14 years, following many years working for Friends Provident, where he helped advisers with their own clients.

With over 35 years of experience in the industry, Phil has certainly witnessed significant changes in the investment and pension industry, which has helped shape the way he delivers financial advice to his clients.

With 27 years of experience in the financial industry, Chris brings significant experience to the team here at Ethical Investors, of which he has been a member for over 9 years. He values respect and honesty above all else, believes that trust is the best foundation for any partnership, and seeks to create strong relationships with his clients through clear communication.

Ben has been at Ethical Investors since early 2021. After graduating with a degree in Philosophy from the University of Warwick, he worked as a financial advisor at Banco Santander, providing advice across pensions, protection, and investments.

Leighton is the newest member of the Ethical Investor’s team, having joined in 2024. Growing up in Stroud, he credits his strong interest in ethical principles from spending his formative years there.
