Financial Adviser
Leighton is the newest member of the Ethical Investor’s team, having joined in 2024. Growing up in Stroud, he credits his strong interest in ethical principles from spending his formative years there.
After finishing his education, he spent many years co-running his family’s small interiors business based in the Cotswolds. This experience developed his passion for working directly with people and honed his ‘keen eye for detail’. The pandemic presented the opportunity to reassess, and he felt that he wanted to take his career in a new direction; he began studying for, and has now completed, his financial qualifications.
Working for an ethical company has furthered Leighton’s curiosity about the possibilities of ethical finance. He believes that all good things begin with a simple conversation, and that the client must at the very heart of the work he does.
He’s been lucky enough to have enjoyed many adventures travelling the world with his partner, Sophia. In his spare time, he enjoys seeing friends, spending time in nature, and playing for his pub quiz team.

- CII - Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
- CISI - Investment Advice Diploma (Securities)
